Each year, #GalvestonHistory welcomes selected individuals into our Edward L. Protz Historic Preservation Internship, supported by the Mary Moody Northen Endowment. Named in honor of Galveston preservationist Ed Protz, the program is established to attract young men and women to Galveston to explore and learn from our history and architecture.Hanna Gonzales is a dedicated Restoration & Conservation apprentice with a passion for preserving historical artifacts. With experience working on various restoration projects with Source, Hanna has honed her skills in conserving furniture and other valuable objects.
