Silk Stocking National Historic District Walking Tour

Silk Stocking National Historic District Walking Tour sponsored by Galveston Historical Foundation will be held on Saturday, December 12, at 9 a.m. Tucked between Broadway and Seawall Boulevard, the Silk Stocking National Historic District boasts a varied collection of historic homes that reflect development from the Civil War through World War II. The neighborhood includes some of Galveston’s best examples of the Queen Anne style. Meet up at 25th and L streets. $5 per person.
